Reservation Guidelines

 Here at DMCI Development, we make it easy and hassle free for you to own a condo or house & lot. Your assigned DMCI Development sales agent will guide you and help you out every step of the, making sure you are able to comply with the any requirements needed.

To start, use our contact us form  to provide our agents your contact information so that we may get in touch with you further. Don’t forget to let us know your preferred DMCI Development Project or preferred area/city to purchase a condo in.

Upon filling up our contact form, an assigned agent will get in touch with you within 24 hours of your query and send you detailed information regarding your desired home. He or she will also request the following information from you to authorize us to be your agent:

1. Full Name

2. Full name of Spouse

3. Citizenship

4. Birth Date

5. Civil Status

6. Home Address

7. Contact number

8. Mother’s Maiden Name – a substitute for no signature for buyers located outside Metro Manila

This information will show that we have given you comprehensive presentation of your desired project(s) and authorize us as your seller/broker of choice for the next 30 days. No other seller should be recognized and/or credited by DMCI Homes should you decide to make a reservation deposit on the discussed project(s) for a period of 30 calendar days upon submission of this information.

Once you finally decide to invest with us, the following information below will be your guide. We will also provide you the Client Registration Forms and Reservation Agreement Forms.

FOR LOCAL BUYERS

  1. Filled up Client Registration Form

  2. Filled up Reservation Agreement Form

  3. Reservation Fee

  • Php 20, 000.00 (USD 462.00)     for Condominium unit

  • Php 50, 000.00 (USD 1, 160.00) for House & Lot

  • Php 10, 000.00 ( USD 230.00)    for Parking unit

FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS

  1. Filled up  Client Registration Form

  2. Filled up Reservation Agreement Form

  3. Reservation Fee (can be paid through remittance)

  • Php 20, 000.00 (USD 462.00) for Condominium Unit

  • Php 50, 000.00 (USD 1, 160.00) for House & Lot

  • Php 10, 000.00 (USD 230.00) for Parking Unit

You can also assign a representative in your behalf, you just have to execute a Special Power of Attorney (duly notarized/consularized) for your representative then he/she can reserve a unit in your behalf.

*Reservation Fee is non-refundable and is only valid for 30 days.
